How do I return?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
Allowing consumers to apply for a return within 14 days after signing the receipt.
1. They must be in original condition.
2. All products must not be used and will not affect secondary sales. All labels and packages should be in original packaging.
3. Promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. IF you exchange the goods, you will pay for the round-trip logistics fees.
Restocking fees may apply at our discretion.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.
